CIBC and the GVBLN: Making Things Happen

Over the past year, CIBC and the GVBLN have built on their strong relationship resulting in great outcomes.  Since November 2008 six GVBLN clients have been hired in Customer Service, Financial Service, Call Centre and Processing roles.

Much of the success can be attributed to CIBC’s Senior Manager, Retail Distribution for BC, Ronald Perron and the CIBC recruiting team.  They focus genuine effort on interviewing and hiring candidates with disabilities and find value partnering with the GVBLN.

CIBC anticipates more hiring in 2009, particularly in Customer Service, and will continue to work with the GVBLN in sourcing qualified candidates.
